The Railcar Indoor Market is the seasonal extension of the Railcar Farmers Market, created to keep our community connected through the winter months.

Operating on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays from October 2025 through March 2026, the Indoor Market offers a curated shopping experience in a warm, welcoming environment at the Van Alstyne Community Center. The temperature-controlled facility is located on Preston Drive in Downtown Van Alstyne — attached to the Fire Department and Police Station — and directly across from Central Social District Park, the home of our outdoor season.

While our produce vendors take a well-deserved winter break, the Indoor Market continues to highlight local makers, specialty food producers, artisans, and small businesses, ensuring that shopping local remains a year-round tradition in Van Alstyne.
